چکیده
Animal models of diseases, particularly mice, are considered to be the cornerstone for translational research in immunology. The aim present study is model geometry and analyze network structure murine lymphatic system (LS). algorithm building graph LS makes use anatomical data. To identify edge directions model, a mass balance approach lymph dynamics based on Hagen–Poiseuille equation applied. It first which geometric has been developed characterized terms its structural organization transfer function. Our meets demand quantitative mechanistic approaches growing field immunoengineering utilize or exploit immunotherapy.

today, scouring is one of the important topics in the river and coastal engineering so that the most destruction in the bridges is occurred due to this phenomenon. whereas the bridges are assumed as the most important connecting structures in the communications roads in the country and their importance is doubled while floodwater, thus exact design and maintenance thereof is very crucial. f...
Prox1 Function Is Required for the Development of the Murine Lymphatic System
The lack of specific markers has raised problems in documenting the precise manner by which the lymphatic system develops. Here we report that the homeobox gene Prox1 is expressed in a subpopulation of endothelial cells that by budding and sprouting give rise to the lymphatic system. The initial localization of these cells in the veins and their subsequent budding are both polarized, suggesting...
متن کاملassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
Infections of the Lymphatic System
However, in many infections the effect on the lymphatics may be both consistent and clinically marked. The lymphadenopathy may be local or generalized and lymphadenopathy is or can be a significant feature of acute HIV infection, primary Herpes simplex, some rickettsial infections, tularaemia, plague, cat-scratch fever due to Bartonella henselae, primary syphilis, lymphogranuloma venereum, chan...
